General Terms
Welcome to Foxscoo. By accessing our website and purchasing our products (including City Commuters, Mountain Beasts, and Accessories), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Shipping Policy
Free Local Shipping
We ship directly from our U.S. warehouse. No hidden fees, no surprise taxes.
Delivery Areas: We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Europe, and Brazil. Please check the checkout page for specific availability in your region.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Taxes & Duties: For US and EU customers, prices include applicable taxes. We handle the logistics so you don't have to deal with customs.
30-Day Returns
Not satisfied? Return your bike within 30 days in original condition for a full refund.
- Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused (except for trial limits), and in the same condition that you received them.
- Process: Contact our support team to initiate a return. We will provide a return shipping label.
- Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
2-Year Warranty
We build bikes to last. Every Foxscoo bike includes a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering key components.

Test the Fox Spirit
We know committing to a new ride is a big decision. That's why we offer a 7-day risk-free trial. Ride it on your daily commute, take it up a hill. If it doesn't "wow" you, return it.
* Bike must have less than 20 miles (32km) on the odometer for trial returns.
